    Swanson Ultra-DIM Complex is a bioavailable form of DIM. It has a complex of health benefits from cruciferous vegetables. But consuming enough vegetables to match the potency of the capsule is impossible. This supplement protects against the formation of neoplastic changes, promotes hormonal balance in both sexes. It will avoid excess estrogen in the body, which would cause weight gain.

    Other ingredients: Calcium carbonate, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silica, titanium dioxide.

    Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to three times per day with water before meals.
