Iron is a mineral crucial for human health. It's important in the production of enzymes, which help preserve energy and keep your immune system functioning properly. The capsule contains ferrous sulfate (a type of iron) that can be taken without negative side effects by most people in recommended doses.: Dong Quai root extract, a Chinese herb known to improve female aspects; raspberry leaf extract which has been shown in research as being helpful with skin irritations such as eczema and psoriasis.

Suggested Use: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
